Instrument Rating
Having your instrument rating on top of your Private Pilot License will define your ability to perform and function an aircraft in all weather conditions. This rating will teach you how to use instrumentation to operate an aircraft. It is also highly recommended to obtain if you are wanting to pilot in coastal areas and operate in severe climate conditions.
Commercial Pilot License
Don’t just stop at your Private Pilot License! A Commercial Pilot License focuses on teaching you maneuvers and techniques that will most definitely make the sky the limit in your career.
Multi-Engine Rating
If you are wanting to pilot cross country or aspire to be a professional pilot, having your Multi-Engine License will allow you to do just that. Multi-engine aircrafts are much larger and faster with complex systems which will take new skills beyond the Private Pilot License to ensure safety when operating.
Requirements
Approximately 8-10 hours of flight time
Multi-Engine Time Building
If you need to build multi-engine time for job requirements, we have a program set up to do that in one of our multi-engine airplanes. We have some of the best multi rates in the valley, so come fly with us and build that experience and proficiency.
Requirements
Already have completed your Multi-Engine rating
instructor Certification
This includes getting your Certified Flight Instructor rating (CFI), your Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument(CFII), and even your Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI).

This is an estimate for the cost of our “Zero to Hero” program, starting from no experience and ending with all the ratings and the CFI/CFII instructor certificates.
Guide for individual Ratings:
"Zero to Hero" while splitting time-building
For “Zero to Hero” while splitting the time-building time with another student, reduce the Cherokee rental time from 240 hrs to 180 hrs. Leave every other field as is.
"Zero to Hero", but already have your PPL?
If you have your Private Pilots License, and want to do the rest of the “Zero to Hero” change:
Cherokee = 180hrs (120hrs for split time building)
Instructor = 89 hrs
(Change the Books & Tests section to only include the ratings you want)
PPL or PPL + INST
If you just want your PPL, clear everything and input only:
Cherokee = 60hrs
Instructor = 81hrs
(With recommended Instrument add-on)
Cherokee = 105hrs
Instructor = 116hrs
Simulator = 10hrs
(Change the Books & Tests section to only include the ratings you want)
